ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS: BOTOX^®

Dr Pippa uses the brand Botox for her Botulinum Toxin treatments. Unlike many UK companies, Dr Pippa believes that patients should only pay for the amount of Botox that they have used. Dr Pippa will discuss your areas of concerns and your desired outcomes and will then suggest what dose she would recommend. This ensures that you are only paying for what you are using.

As this system may be different to what you have experienced before, we have written a guide for to show you how many units corresponds to different treatment areas. However, everyone's face is different and some people respond very differently to Botulinum Toxins than others, so Dr Pippa will discuss the dosing with you during your appointment.

Dr Pippa uses various leading filler brands, including Juvéderm, Teoxane and Belotero, to ensure that you have the most appropriate filler for you. Depending on your face and your desired outcome, different treatments will require different amounts of filler. You can use the below as a guide to how much filler you may need, but this will vary from person to person:

     - Lips: 0.5ml to 1.5ml

     - Cheeks: 1ml to 4ml

     - Chin: 1ml to 4ml

     - Jaw: 1ml to 4ml

     - Chin & Jawline Definition: 4ml to 8ml

     - Full face rejuvenation: 6ml to 18ml (this may be spread over multiple treatment sessions about 1 month apart)

One of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid on the market, Profhilo® not only boosts and hydrates the skin, but also remodels ageing and sagging tissue. Profhilo® treatment can tighten, hydrate and lift the tissue, as well as improving the skin texture and radiance.

The most common areas of treatment include the face and neck and can also be used for the décolletage, hands, arms, knees and abdomen area where it would effectively treat skin laxity.

The treatment is suitable for men and women as well as offering skin benefits for patients of all ages.

We recommend an initial treatment, followed by a second treatment 1 month later. You can then maintain treatment by repeating a single treatment 3 months later, or repeating two treatments ( month apart) 6 months later.

The results of Profhilo® are seen very gradually over the first 3 months after treatment.

Belkyra^® is an excellent treatment for the excess fat, or 'turkey neck', under the chin. It is made of deoxycholic acid and is administered as a series of injections to the area under the chin, destroying fat cells and producing gradual results. Everyone's chin profile is different, so your treatment will be tailored to you. The number of treatment sessions will vary based on the amount of fat under the chin and your treatment goals, but it usually ranges from 2 to 6 sessions, each spaced at least 1 month apart. The results of Belkyra^® treatment are permanent, as we do not produce any more fat cells as an adult, however the remaining fat cells can still increase in size over time.

At your appointment or consultation, Dr Pippa will discuss your skin concerns and current skin care regime and create a personalised skin care treatment plan for you. This will include a full list of recommended products and their costs.
